Thomas was born as a Davison (his mothers married name) but married as a Sidgwick.

In 1871 Thomas, Frances and Margaret are living in St Thomas, Stockton and George is living with his Allison grandfather. In 1881 it is James with his grandparents.

Thomas was a painter. In 1911 the census return states that all 5 of his children are still alive. Son Thomas apparently emigrated to Canada.
