Richard Sedgwick [Richard Sedgwick / Mary Richards] In the 1841 census Richard is a green grocer. By the 1851 census he is a Victualler living in Westminster with servants. Living with him is his cousin Edward Day who was born in Lenham. An Edward Monk Day is believed to have married Margaret Martha Sedgwick the daughter of Charles. By 1861 he is out of business and in lodgings. Son Charles emigrated to America after the 1851 census when he was described as a journeyman carpenter. Is Mary the Mary Ann baptised in 1833 at Marylebone? |
