Unknown Sedgwick
Both William and Joseph Sedgwick were farmers of Houghton le Side. It seems likely that they were brothers and this is the premise for grouping them together here. John Sedgwick was a labourer so at first glance it seems unlikely that he was a brother however he was born at Eldon so is shown here unless proven to be unconnected. Joseph could be the individual baptised at Monk Hesledon in 1796 although a more likely candidate for that baptism has been found. If anyone has more information please let me know |
